The existing membrane gas holder had reached the end of its working life. Biogas Products repaired the gas holder to provide further extended service while a replacement was procured. The original UPVc gas pipework system  was also found to be in poor condition. A new stainless steel system was designed, fabricated and installed..

The existing Anaerobic Digester installation cleaned and flared off the biogas produced. The plant has now been upgraded to provide biogas utilisation through CHP generation.

4x Stainless steel condensate pots to suit 200mm gas pipework

Biogas Products Ltd ‘in-house’ design services developed drawings for the required 200m biogas pipeline which was installed by others.

Site - Nanstallon WwTW, nr Bodmin

The existing steel floating gas dome had reached the end of its working life. Due to space restrictions on site it was decided to remove the dome from the top of the digester, construct a flat concrete roof and install a ‘stand alone’ gas holder on top of the new concrete roof.
